Frequently Asked Questions
- Our Pick-Up time is between 10-11am on day of departure.
- Our Drop-Off time is between 2-5pm on day of arrival.
- Please arrange arrival time with us so we can review the arrival/departure checklist and hand over the keys.
- We are available by phone and email between 8am & 8pm, 7 days a week during rental season. (April 1st – Oct 15th)
- Monday – Saturday, 8am-5pm During the off season (Oct 15th – April 1st)
Currently, we do not have any pet-friendly rental units available.
- The rental comes with a full kitchen set including, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, dish soap, hand soap, utensils and RV toilet paper.
- Please note: the rental does not come with Bedding, linens, towels, pillows, dishtowels etc. However, we do offer Comfort Kits at an additional rate.
We offer a wide range of rental extras, including Bikes, Kayaks, BBQ’s, Camp stoves, Lawn Chairs and propane fire pits. We also have a wide range of boardgames for you
Unfortunately, we offer delivery/pick up only and don’t have any self-tow trailers available.

Damages are to be reported to XCAPE RENTALS within 12Hrs. No repairs can be made without approval from XCAPE RENTALS. If repairs are required and you have approval, then you will be reimbursed upon submitting receipts.
Yes, all “RENTERS” must have a valid license and be 25 years of age with a valid Credit Card.
